Start a project A clear explanation of what WebElixa collects when you contact the studio and how that information is handled.
When you contact WebElixa, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, project requirements, preferred timing and any information you choose to include. Basic server logs may record an IP address, browser information and request time for security and reliability.
Information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, deliver agreed services, prevent abuse and maintain business records. WebElixa does not sell personal information.
Project orders are stored in WebElixa’s secured website database so customers can receive a reference and check progress. A tracking lookup requires both the order reference and matching customer email. Order information is available only to authorised administration and the customer using those matching details.
Enquiries may be delivered through WebElixa’s email hosting provider. If you choose WhatsApp or email links, the relevant provider processes your communication under its own privacy terms.
Enquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for communication, contractual, accounting or legal purposes. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
You may ask WebElixa to correct or delete personal information that is not required for an active contract, accounting record or legal obligation. Contact info@webelixa.com for a privacy request.
This policy may be updated when services or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page. Last updated: 26 August 2026.
